is organised by each college for its courses. Your
enrolment information (joining instructions) are

At enrolment, you will be required to:
- prove your identity
- Confirm your qualifications (if you have not already done so)
- complete your enrolment form
- pay your fees if you have not yet done so (or provide evidence of sponsorship)
- provide photocopies of all documents for us to keep in our records and
- obtain your UAL ID card.
You must complete the enrolment process before you will be permitted to gain access to many of our buildings, computing facilities and libraries. For UK undergraduate students this enables us to confirm your enrolment to the Student Loans Company for them to release your first loan payment to your bank account. You will not be a UAL student until you have completed the enrolment process.
All students will be required to present an accepted form of identification before they can be enrolled. In the absence of this verification, enrolment will not be confirmed.
Our preferred form of identification for all students is a valid passport. In the absence of a valid passport, the following will be accepted forms of identification for students who do not require a visa to study in the UK:
Photo driving licence,
European National Identity Card or Armed Forces Identity
Card
Or, your original birth certificate, adoption
certificate or certificate of naturalisation.
No other forms of identification are acceptable.
Please note that if your family name or other personal details are different from those on the documents provided, proof of the reason for any differences will be required. This should be in the form of a marriage certificate/civil partnership certificate, divorce document, deed poll, adoption certificate or statutory declaration.
