Offer email

If you are accepted by University of the Arts London, you will first receive an email that includes your offer letter as well other other important forms and information you'll need to accept your offer and prepare for studying in London.

  • Offer letter.  This letter contains important details about your offer, including your reference (student id), course and college, start date, any conditions that may need to be met prior to an official offer is made, tuition fees and lays out the next steps you must complete before studying in London.

This letter is not for Visa purposes.  Once you accept you offer, you will be sent a letter that can be used to support your Visa application.

  • Course Offer Acceptance Slip.  You must return this form to accept or turn down your place on the course.

If you have not already submitted a copy of your passport with your application, it is critical to do it with this this step.  The University must have your passport details to issue you an official offer letter to support your Visa application.

  • Housing information. General information is provided about housing options.  For more information visit Housing

  • International Students Application for Halls of Residence.  This form must be submitted by the due date if you would like to live in University housing.  It is important that you submit the form included in your initial offer email because it is prepopulated with your student details.

You will receive an answer to your housing request via email.  It is critical that you add this email address accomodation@arts.ac.uk to your address book so the email doesn't end up in your junk or trash folder.  No further attempt will be made to contact you regarding housing and you could lose your space.

  • Meet and Greet Request.  If you wish to be met at the airport and taken to your accommodation by taxi, this form must be submitted with your travel details.

  • BACS Form for Bank Transfer Payments.  You will use this form to pay your tuition via bank transfer.  Credit card payments cannot be accepted.

It is important that your bank puts your student id on the bank transfer so the funds can be posted to your account; otherwise the University will not know which account to reconcile.

  • Blackboard.  You are provided with your sign on details to access the University of the Arts London Blackboard website.  Here, you are able to access information, download useful documents and receive up to date news and events from across the University.
