Award-Overseas Research Student Awards Scheme (ORSAS)
This award is intended specifically for international students that wish to
study in the UK, on postgraduate research programmes (PhD-Level study).
Undergraduate or taught postgraduate programmes do not apply and the terminology
of "postgraduate" often confuses students into thinking that MA programmes are
applicable. ORSAS awards provide funding to pay the difference between the
international student tuition fees and the home/EU student tuition fees, as
charged by the University. Students cannot receive more than one ORSAS award.
Students of the University of the Arts must apply directly to our Research
Office. See
http://www.orsas.ac.uk/.
